What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: name, company or property name, email address, phone number, sector, location, and any details you add about your appliances or site. We don't collect anything beyond what you type into the form.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, schedule and carry out PAT testing at your site. We don't use form submissions for marketing unless you separately opt in, and we don't sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, we retain your details for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal and insurance obligations, typically for the statutory retention period plus six years. If you enquire but don't proceed, we keep your details for up to 12 months in case you follow up, then delete them.
Who processes it
Enquiry form submissions are handled via a third-party form processing service. We don't control that provider's infrastructure directly, but we only use processors that meet UK GDPR requirements. We can provide the specific processor's name on request.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, contact us at hello@completepattesting.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

This site does not currently use tracking or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, we'll ask for your consent first.
